✦ How do I commission you?

Commissioners may request through this form or via email. Please note that if you will be requesting through email, please include a full description. (For example: Commission type, skin, race, scars, visual references, etc..). Please be sure to make inquiries as specific and detailed as possible. Once your email and %50 of the total payment is received, you will receive a confirmation and/or a rough sketch of your order for any corrections or complaints. I am very patient about the corrections, so if you see something that needs to be changed, just let me know.

*50% of the payment is required upfront, no exceptions. The commission will only begin once payment is received. Please do not commission the artist if you are unprepared to pay the full cost.

*Price may vary depending on pose and background complexity. When payment has been done, I will start working on it or put you on the next free slot in the queue.

✦ What will the commissioners get?

They will receive an email with high-resolution .png and .psd files of the Digital commissions. However Traditional commissioners will be receiving an email confirming the completion of the artwork and only then pick-up, delivery, or shipping will be discussed.

*Delivery and Shipping are not included in the artwork price.

*Canvas is not included in the Artwork Price.

✦ What Canvas will you use?

The canvases may be provided by the artist with an additional fee as the canvas is not included in the artwork’s price.

✦ Where do you ship/deliver?

  • Shipping around the world within the rules and regulations of my country (Kingdom of Bahrain).
  • Delivery/Pickup services are only available for local customers in Bahrain.

*This only applies to physical commissions (currently not available).

✦ How long will it take?

Depending on the level and complexity of the piece. Once the order is ready, you will be notified.

Here is the working process:

  1. Provision of a detailed description of the scope of work, so the price and timescales can be established. Naturally, a little freedom for interpretation on the artist’s end is welcomed.
  2. A thumbnail sketch(es) based on the client's description will be done to determine the general composition of the artwork.
  3. Once it is approved, a detailed sketch will be created in order to seek conceptual approval for the final piece.
  4. Adjustments, if needed will be incorporated into the work, however, this will be within reasonable limits.
  5. Upon approval of the sketch, the piece will be finished, and a copy will be emailed to the client as a preview version (low resolution) of the artwork.
  6. The artist will make alterations within reason to meet client expectations, however wholesale changes will require additional payment as mentioned before in section 4.
  7. When the final piece is complete, upon receipt of the payment a high-resolution file containing the artwork will be sent to the client. as for the finished traditional artwork waiting for pick-up/shipping depending on the client.

✦ What if I would like a refund?

If no progress has been made on your commission and you would like a refund, I will issue a full refund. If I HAVE started on your commission, I will keep a partial payment to cover only the work that has been completed and refund the remaining amount. After your commission has been 100% completed, I will not issue any refunds.
